    Maximum stress loading......imagine the chaos at the centres. Why are we validating plates every 2 years?? This rip off should stop. Sam george is also on the touchline with re-registration of sim cards. We are tired!!!!

    Why not start this new plate exercise with cars registered from this year? I wonder how they are going to get records for some vehicles with A registration
