  Some universities in the USA, especially the public ones, have scores of campuses around the country. I believe it is so in many civilized nations.

  What do you understand about Goldbod's mandate. A company in Dubai wants gold, it contacts Goldbod and pays dollars to Goldbod. Goldbod gives the dollars to the central bank which in exchange for Ghana cedis. It then buy the gold through its licensed buyers and export. Why don't you understand that the seller is the one that gets the money and Goldbod brings on the forex.

  Folks,Our useless president John Dramani Mahama during election campaign took us that he will not borrow money again and he accused Nana Addo of borrowing and after he stole $10 billion dollars he is running after countries borrowing money and calling it grant to fool us to think he is not borrowing.from 1 million euros to $30 million dollars to construct Damongo university while Mahama host boxing costing $40 million dollars.Mahama has fool Ghanaians.
