  This billing system is becoming problematic and something worrying to consumers especially Obuasi in the Ashanti region where ECG will bill you what they called adjustment.
  Sometimes the adjustment is tripled the amount of bills they bring you. What is the meaning of adjustment on the bill sheet?
  To me it is a way of stealing we the consumers in the Obuasi municipal. It is absurd to pay the amount on the bill sheet something you did not consume yet you are paying for it. I agree with the Oti people and urge the minister in charge to halt this act of stealing by some ECG offices.

  The same thing is happening in Krachi East ( Pai Katanga) after giving you the meter reading(amount) they also add an amount which they called "Adjustment ".So what is the use of the meter???

  To address this issue l suggest the Energy minister request ECG to change all meters to prepaid meters to avoid any conflict in the future. This pay as you go will help the Residence of Kadjebi.
