    Ghana has the most expensive import duties in all of Africa and that makes one think twice before importing anything to Ghana. We always find alternative first . Ghana should do something about its exorbitant import taxes.

    They still collected more than 2024 and year beforehand even though the Cedis is stronger now:
    145 B cedis in 2024 vrs 156 B cedis in 2025.
