  Thanks Mr.Mahama but some of the women need only the release of their locked up funds especially that of Blackshield to immediately open their businesses.They needn't any loans from any bank.

  This is the only initiative of the Mahama administration I do not think is necessary. They could create special.funding for women businesses and give it to a number of banks to administer
