How on earth did we end up in this situation, messy situation. It shows the kind of leaders we have in this country, talking heads, not leaders. The government needs to negotiate the price with the cocoa farmers, be opened, good communication and buy them at the current world price with no loss to the nation, after all price's of goods and services are low.
