Since it was during his tenure, as Auditor-General, that this propaganda was cooked from a leaked Audit Observations, on some supposed reconcilable items in Bank Statements. The propaganda was purposely cooked to suit the trendy narrative at the time. Kpebu can, alternatively, call for a copy of the Auditor’s Management Letter or the Auditor-General’s Report for that period, to ascertain the whereabouts of that money.
