Sensible...so they should recruit the nsps to tax those who sell at night from 6pm to 12 midnight and use the funds to sanitize/clean the towns...let's think small in Ghana aba!
We are not serious in.this country. And thr.regular salaried workers will stay in AC environments and do nothing as usual.Scrap the national service.
