Check it recently in Russia, a single farmer showed on 750 000 Cows on his farm.This opportunity shd have been given to 10 or 15 farmers with land available and it will be sustainable.They will also create permanent jobs.

Hon Dumelo, could the whole policy rather not be directed at the established poultry farmers who have the skills and infrastructure to intensify their production? Would all the chicks, feed, etc., being given to individuals with zero to minimal technical skill in raising chicks be more productive than the established entities already in the business? Will the individuals have enough chicks to raise so they can devote their time to it and ensure the project succeeds? If this is a family-level self-sufficiency policy, then my argument is moot. However, if this policy is aimed at affecting national output, then directing it to the entities already in business may yield better results. I will like to see a report on the final outcome of the number of chicks provided to individuals and the number that were able to grow to the table level, for us to see the efficiency of the resources allocated and compare it to what we could have obtained if the resources had been given to the established entities. Just expressing my view

They took Kenkey from 50p and 1cedi to 5,6 & 8 cedis. Pure water from 10p to 50p. Dollar from 4.2cedis to 17.something p. Petrol too don't go there. They should pray for their opponents rather than all these insults
