  Farmers have been thrown into abject poverty by the mismanagement of COCOBOD led by Randy Abbey and his deputies. Nobody knows why Randy Abbey and his deputies are still at post. The insensitivity of COCOBOD and for that matter the government is becoming despicable every day. They are hiding behind excuses and blame game while farmers are wallowing in poverty.
