  The reason they will not show us the contract, is that Trueadare almost certainly will receive a percentage of tariffs collected from the state. As there are several systems in place already to collect tariffs, it is hard to say what extra income the new system will bring in (if it exists at all). In all likelihood, Truedare will hence get a percentage of ALL tariff income. In other words, they don't have to do anything. After a short pause in Cyprus, the money will land in the private pockets of the leadership of GRA.
