  I think this is a good idea for both organised labour and government to know the realities of our wage bill; but this cannot be realised until the finance minister gives better data to enrich the discussions. So organised labour should demand the ff information.
  Total wage bill for a month or year of all government workers.,including the executive,the legislators and the judiciary and all agencies and parasite agencies
  1pwrcentage of the wage bill consumed by the executive including all the special assistance and special aids and advisors
  Percentage that goes to the legislation,including all allowances
  Percentage that goes to the judiciary including all allowances
  Percentage of wage bill that goes to all agencies and Percentage of the wage bill that goes to the public and civil service a d any other detailed information that cab enrich the discussion
