  It's interesting who is talking. How could a system reach its structural limit? Just words being put together. Smith-Graham laid not only the foundation structure of the SSPP, built, roofed, fitted and lived the system for 8 years from January 2009 to December 2016. Question is, what edifice did he build to now say it has reached its structural limit. Wasn't he who wrongfully implemented the application of the Market Premium principle which opened the window for pay inequities to creep back into the system? GUSS cist us $2 m to be scrapped and replaced the SSPP which equally cost $2m. I wonder what next he and President Mahama have in mind to replace the SSPP with and how much that also would cost. It's laughable to say the SSPP has reached its structural limit. What structural limit? Compensation Management theories, concepts and principles have long been laid before Smith-Graham was born. It's regrettable he is going to lead the review of the SSPP. God save our motherland as we continue to chase our tail.
