  I mean: look at the font (the letters) and background colors : they are almost the same thus preventing the font to stand out / be clear.

  In the simplest way, the color of the letters should be white (or even yellow), The background of the individual letters must have photo-sensored lights that'll automatically switch on at night and also during foggy parts of the day. ....
