  We voted for the first time for NDC at Kwabenya but the Kwabenya- Ketase road has been abandoned. The contractor diverted a river in front of two storey buildings via 'A' line junction bridge. It has devalued the buildings in that area. The river had its way but was diverted. The bridge project has been abandoned . How the contractor expect the owners to live with no access to their homes. Please Mr. Minister do something about the bridge.
