Local content is happening on mines.
Problem is production of equipment machinery chemicals mostly from outside
We need to grow the sector massively to enable companies produce those items in Ghana.
Chinese companies also always procure cheaply from their country flouting local content rules.
Ghanaian businesses buy from China put a mark up which makes it more expensive.
