  The world bank manager just came to Ghana to spy and report to the west so they can strategize to undermine the gains we have work so hard for. What tangible ( based on all of our verifiable previous contact with this arm of colonial power) interest does the world bank have in seeing Ghana do well in every sphere? They know that our rise will be their downfall and all this is to - collect information -go back the drawing board and re-stragegize on how they are going to manipulate us - in this ever - changing current global economic dynamics.
