  Siphoning off fuel from an over turned tanker should be considered a crime and punishable by prison sentences or fines to stop the primitive practice of Ghanaians rushing to fetch spilled fuel from tankers during an accident. The practice is disgusting and repulsive. Where is our conscience when we engage in such theft?
