Who funds this Ghs2 billion and at what cost of capital. Instead of home-grown, agricultural solutions led by the Agric Ministry we are resorting to financial engineering. No wonder we still import tomatoes from Burkina Faso. Why is the 24hour economy being implemented through a massive, confusing bureaucracy without lots of private market enthusiasm.

This Authority is one of the Chop Chop of this administration. Am sure we will huge corruption of Sole Sourcing here too. This is an avenue to Create Loot and Share. This government was described by a judge as such so we should not be surprised. Chop Chop should be their motto. They don't do anything when in power just talk for 4 or 8 year then defend their actions with propaganda and get people like them to do it everywhere. Lazy government
