  Who funds this Ghs2 billion and at what cost of capital. Instead of home-grown, agricultural solutions led by the Agric Ministry we are resorting to financial engineering. No wonder we still import tomatoes from Burkina Faso. Why is the 24hour economy being implemented through a massive, confusing bureaucracy without lots of private market enthusiasm.
