Tell America and Israel to stop their illegal aggression towards Iran. Iran never closed the Strait of Hormuz until it was illegally attacked by Israel and America. It will remain closed until Iran is satisfied that it is right to do so. As for the Gulf States they will never have freedom of passage through the Strait. American military bases in them are being used to attack Iran. As for America and Israel their ships will never pass through the Strait again.
