How big are those towns/villages to demand a whopping GHC9.46m for traffic lights? We are our own enemies only a fraction will go into those projects. Choobo monies from inflated cost of projects

Installation of traffic lights for thise towns will not cost more than 2 million cedis. 9 46 million is outrageous!!!
They should rather build "roundabouts"where feasible as they are cheaper to build and maintain.It is happening in Europe.In Switzerland for example most of the traffic lights have been replaced by "roundabouts" cutting co ...
