Manage the taxes and stop taking it quietly from people because you think they won't talk. It has never happened that security personnel rent is taxed. My advise is don't remove taxes just manage it. Incompetent lot.

  Those payments and other allowances are supposed to be added to your salaries and taxed together. NDC govt has short revenues and they are now doing the right thing. Their stupid propaganda is now hurting them
