  The Market People must go after NAPO,Bawumia,Wontumi,Kyei Mensah Bonsu,Simon Osei & Manhyia.
  The sad thing is that Manhyia was aware what was going on ,some sub-contractors are even chiefs & so on.
  The next NDC president will find money & get it done.
