  President John Mahama unveils Ghana's Artificial intelligence Strategy.
  I am of the view that calling a Programmed Machine as an artificial intelligence is making fetish of a programmed machine.
  So the name should be programmed machine.
  Intelligence is a product of society and is acquired in society. My argument is that a machine is not a being, is not a product of society, therefore cannot have intelligence.
