  Who is semi-illiterate?
  
  Does he know that the coil of any transformer may burn due to too high amperage and inappropriate fusing, rendering the transformer completely useless, because it is uneconomical to do rewinding?

  Does he know that the coil of any transformer may burn due to too high amperage and inappropriate fusing, rendering the transformer completely useless, because it is uneconomical to do rewinding?
  
  Meanwhile, because of the ever increasing power consumption, it is not worth moving an old transformer to a lower load because within a few months, that low load will increase and exceed the maximum practical capacity of the transformer.
  
  Therefore it always advisable to user 'OVER SIZED# transformers, that are able to supply increasing consumption loads several years long without replacement.
