  Absolute nonsense. They're doing everything possible to keep the black man down. Statistically, black men are the ones who often find themselves at the center of child support issues due to complicated circumstances embedded in the system. This move is not only an indictment on the black race, but it is also an agenda to continue the destruction of the black man in America. It's about time we black men strap up and stop having babies with the women whose only interest is to rely on child support for survival.
