The EU itself is struggling with its own problems that it hasn't solved or resolved and they're finding novel ways to continue pillaging Africa via the continent's inept leaders.

This €150bn EU Global Gateway Fund would have sounded beautiful during NADAA's time.

Remember the WEST has been our overlordw since 1492....when the Portuguese landed on the GOLD COAST.
Ever since, it has been CENTURIES of carting away our "GOLD, diamonds, copper, manganese, etc, etc, etc"....(forget about slaves for now).
