Whether he promised in 2020 or 2024 it doesn’t matter, the intent he communicated was that when voted into power he was going to pay within one year fund management and financial institution investors whose money has been locked up. It has been more than one year now and the finance minister now telling the public they don’t have the funds to fulfill their electoral promises. What does the finance minister thinks the public is going to take them for in the next election in terms for promises?
