  When did Kuffour leave Office. The Western World forgave us our debt worth $20billion. In less than 10yrs we were baxk to square 1 with more debt andgiving your bond holdings identification haircuts.

  These ISODEC guys are confused. The economic stability we are benefiting from is because of Tthe IMF bail out. This particular PCI amounts to free consultation, without strings attached. Alwasy you need money? Our problems are not money but structural issues affecting the economy. These are areas they will support by way of advice and policy coordination.
