This doesn’t happen in any other jurisdiction. Small requests by depositors to access their funds couldn’t be met. On top of all that money had been quietly transferred from GN RELATED ACCOUNTS TO CHICAGO. Is this legal? Why did the judge not question all that? The ledgers of GN BANK tell a horrifying story. One of an empty vault with less than the required Capital Adequacy Ratio. Did the judge understand all that? HOW SAD? WHERE IS KWAKU AZAR? WHY HASN’T COMMENTED ON THIS?
