NDC is a very smart party. GPRTU is their transport wing. Hearts of Oak is their sport wing. TUC is their labor wing. How do they manage to do all that? The various unions have a constitution that ensures that only executives are elected into leadership roles. And from the district to the regions they make sure they dominate at those levels. So getting the leadership becomes easy.
