Lawyer is saying the ,'ROAD GOLDFIELDS BUILT FOR AWODUA THREE YEARS AGO DID NOT LAST FOR THREE DAYS'. Aaaabbbaa, lawyer! Who will believe this? When former president Kufour built the Tarkwa Municipal Hospital, the then existing hospital, the Government Hospital was ABUNDUNED to the point of DECAY. The Apinto chiefs managed to have Goldfields to renovate the facility hence APINTO HOSPITAL. The TnA Park (Tarkwa na Aboso Park) was rebuilt by Goldfieds and is now an eighty thousand (80,000) capacity stadium known as TnA Stadium. The lawyer thinks that indigenous Ghanaian mining firms can make TARKWA and its environs look like London. That is a lie. Let's maintain GOLDFIELDS.

Let’s fashion out ur development requirements and plan how to achieve them
Mining is not easy and deceitful as legal and communication issues
It requires heavy investment and least mistake apart from financial loss is the most important regarding loss of human life through incidents
I hope people sitting on media platforms have not forgotten about iron ore production and processing which can put Ghana into the industrialization path

I can see why the youth are concerned, but Gold Fields has invested so much into the Tarkwa-Damang Road. That $27.6 million has likely improved our community's connectivity and access to services.
