  A seemingly lawyer of some sort turned dirty politician. He lacks civility, competence, and basic communicative skills. Everything from his mouth is laced with inward-looking politics. Always at variance with objectivity just like the undeserving majority leader who is unable to visit his constituents because of the unrest he created among his own people.
