Somebody should tell the chairman of landlords Association of Ghana that, 1-2 years rent is so high. Reason why there is high rent default rate. Charge rent for 6 months, and most people will afford it.
Go to kasapee and Goso and pay for 6 months rent advance
He's absolutely right. Some of these tenants are despicable ppl. That's why landlords needs guardrails in place to protect the landlords
