Sentuo is a Chineese company. Why was the crude oil not sent to TOR.
TOR does not have the machinery for this task. TOR is a dead goat!

Why Sentuo Refinery and not TOR? Sentuo Refinery is foreign owned. Reset agenda means Ghana first.
TOR is not fit for this purpose.
Their machinery is out of style and efficiency.

TOR was refining crude as far back as Rawlings' PNDC era. All that was required was the installation of a Catalytic Converter, under indefatigable Mr William Parker, of blessed memory
