Sentuo is a Chineese company. Why was the crude oil not sent to TOR.

Why Sentuo Refinery and not TOR? Sentuo Refinery is foreign owned. Reset agenda means Ghana first.

TOR was refining crude as far back as Rawlings' PNDC era. All that was required was the installation of a Catalytic Converter, under indefatigable Mr William Parker, of blessed memory

Even if Sentuo is foreign company it's still better than Ghana crude oil ship to Europe and then Ghana buy finish product, and it will also create jobs for Ghanaians

This what happens when you have useless leaders. Why should you refine your petroleum products outside of Ghana, when Ghana has an oil refinery?? What is wrong with this so-called leaders?
Simple, the crude is going to be refined in Ghana and used in Ghana thereby making it cheaper and what is the problem about that. It is Chinese owned and the infrastructure is in Ghana refining crude oil for Ghana. No problem ...
