  World bank, our govt leaders and officials are mostly workers and not entrepreneurs. They parade huge degrees and fleece the national purse that is all. They don't even understand how to put pesewas together to make one cedi. That is simply Ghana's problem. Spend and make cuts is all they are there for. Simply no scruples.
