I think, he should be trialed in absentia same as Sedima, if found guilty, declare him as fugitive, and pursue extradition anywhere he's.

Also, to avoid Ken Ofori Attah situation in future; we should pass a law that prevent every government appointee from traveling outside the country for one after ther tenure of office to be probe before they're cleared.

Ofori - Atta has destroyed the credibility of the NPP. He is the first finance minister to run away to be a fugitive in another country to escape justice. Un acceptable that the NPP is advising him not to return to face trial. And this is the party that wants to rule Ghana again. A party that does not believe in probity and accountability.
