  Our constitution made provision to sue and be sued.Government agencies are not immune from lawsuits for tarnish innocent people credibility.Since EOCO claims Miracle Aboagye misappropriated GHc 55 million where is the evidence?Every agency receives money to run its operations including training,travelling allowance and accommodation which he is entitled to.So which accounts did he stole from?Which bank did that money stolen from?since EOCO claims are meant to tarnish his reputation and Ghanaians wants prove EOCO should publish evidence to devoid political witch hunt.We need evidence else lawsuits will follow.
