  This is one of those things I don't understand in our country. Despite the NAM 1 issue and similar others that have caused terrible pain to many people, all we're doing subsequently is to be "warning" the public about unlicensed schemes? So nobody in this loud country has the mandate to arrest and prosecute such scammers? What is wrong with us?
