  That means that for four good years government officials did not visit the Quarry for any kind of assesment, including issues related to compliance with operational regulations that are supposed to be followed by mining companies. No body cares to know what they produce, how much they produce, to ascertain their actual tax obligations. Yet, people get paid every month for that kind of work while we complain about lack of money to develop the nation. What a nation.
