  President Mahama is a man of integrity and honors his words, he has been reminded of his promise to pay GoldCoast Customers and he will soon direct you to include them in your mid-year budget so stop your unnecessary explanations and diversions.
  
  Mr. Finance Minister Ghana is not your private compound house for you to do as you like, you are a servant of the President and all Ghanaians for that matter. Since when did you start explaining "types" of budgets before presenting them? You this minister will single-handedly send NDC into opposition if not checked.
  
  Hope your Presidential ambition is a hoax. Because no one is going to make you a President with your lack of empathy for GoldCoast customers and Ghanaians for that matter. Pay GOLDCOAST customers.
