The point is that, instead of creating an enabling environment for existing investors to thrive, we are driving them out of business. At the same time, we are spending taxpayers' money to search for new, inexperienced investors in the mining sector. This approach is neither sustainable nor acceptable in the competitive world of attracting foreign investment.

The reality is that any serious investor will first evaluate the business environment before committing resources. When they see the hostile conditions existing investors are facing, they are discouraged from investing and may even view our investment drive as lacking credibility.

Rather than focusing solely on attracting new investors, we should prioritize creating a stable, transparent, and investor-friendly environment for those already operating in the country. Satisfied investors become our strongest ambassadors, encouraging others to invest through their positive experiences.

Talk alone is not enough. Investment promotion missions and international travel are already very costly to our motherland. We will achieve far better results by supporting and retaining the investors we already have than by spending heavily to attract new ones while neglecting the existing ones.
