Is this report an attempt by individuals or an individual with an axe to grind with the Commissioner-General? The report mentioned the scandal to have involved 700 containers but only mentioned about 40 containers that were actually auctioned to an alleged interested persons at ridiculously low prices. Yet the report failed to mention the names or at least one name of those who benefitted from the auction. The report also failed to mention any figures involved which could have been used to juxtapose the price paid for the auctioned containers and the actual value of the containers. The report also made mention of some anti-corruption advocates and civil societies without providing names of these organisations. There are so many questions left unanswered by this report. I hope GhanaWeb had done due diligence and provided readers of the source of this story.
