  Money and technical expertise are needed to revitalize Valco. Whoever invests shall demand a share of Valco. Privatization is the solution.
  Digitalization and electronics are the keys that shall replace the archaic equipments and the old hands shall give way to modern STEM graduates. Promises to protect labour are tactical maneuvers.

  I think it is better they sell the company than maintain it and heap their losses. The worst case scenario : to close it, will be very bad for workers. But remember that Valco cannot run on drips/donation from others. People invest in venture to get their monies (and profit) back.

  New model must be, salaries from profits.
