Scrap government sponsored scholarships. Usr thksr monies to attract qualified lecturers from abroad to teach and also equip our training schools with better and modern teaching techniques.
This issue is not new ,scholarships have been given to students to study aboard since independence.
And so ? If Sedina pays the money she stole and has been set free, then I see nothing wrong work this.
As if nothing of this sort has never happened under NDC before. Worse will be discovered after 2029
