  Refreshing to hear that. Bawumia the digital man, Bawumia Ghana card, Bawumia agenda 111, Bawumia Mobile money interoperability, Bawumia no longer prepaid purchase queues etc etc. As for Papano, he has no legacy to his name though he went through all the political ranks: assembly member, MP, deputy minister, minister, vice president, president, former president and back as president again after 8 years in opposition. Papano is the worst president ever in the history of the Republic
