Mr. Lands Minister, you are right. Adamus broke Ghana mining laws and must face the consequences. Your ministry’s responsibilities, among other things is to enforce Ghanaian mining regulations and laws. It’s very disingenuous and irresponsible for anyone to suggest that holding businesses to account for their actions erode business confidence. Upholding the law rather boosts international investment confidence in Ghana.
CSO, are lobbying to perpetuate lawlessness and that amounts to condoning corruption and lawlessness in Ghana. NO FOREIGN OR LOCAL BUSINESS IS ABOVE GHANA!!!!! Let the laws work.
