Motorway is a major project and a gateway to various parts of Ghana and as such it’s of utmost importance that the contract should be be a24/7 working hrs. Pay the workers incentives so they can get the job done. Proper supervision.i use the motorway and see workers idly about and it amazes me how serious they are
