  If the Finance Minister is saying that Ghana will not borrow simply because financing is available why is he unwilling to pay the debt he inherited from the financial sector clean up from the previous administration? The issue is still being dragged in court and affected persons are struggling to make ends meet. Please put yourself in that shoe and see if you and your family can bear it.For how long should we continue to suffer for no crime done? How do we trust that the Financial sector is performing well while old problems inherited are not solved?

At least the previous government made 2 badge payments, and we expect you to continue. It is no fault of us to invest in Gold Coast Securities, IGS, Legacy etc.

  It has been years since our funds were locked up in the financial sector clean-up. We invested in good faith; we committed no crime!
  
  The previous government made two payments. This government must continue, not stall.
  
  Now we hear there's no need to borrow because financing is available. If so, why can't our debt be settled? The matter drags on in court while we struggle to survive.
  
  Government officials, put yourselves in our shoes. How long must innocent people suffer for a crisis they didn't cause?
  
  Release our funds. Now!
