Massa, Ghana has not lost physical money. The Bank of Ghana has never made profit since it's inception. Losing money is what they do as long as they are doing so to control inflation etc.

The NPP is only trying to attach GoldBod to it to wage a personal war against Sammy Gyamfi. The NPP's own Domestic Gold Purchasing and oil for whatever programs made huge loses. But again these are not physical loses.
It is the cost to make things affordable for you and I.
